    China International Intellectech Corporation (CIIC) is one of the state-owned backbone enterprises directly under the management of the Central Government of the People’s Republic of China.  CIIC adapts to develop productivity in the knowledge-based global economy and the global service industry as it structurally transitions along its full-outsourcing and offshore trends.  CIIC seeks to advance the structure of China’s services industry and meet the demands of new economic growth through a convergence of its core competitive strengths in intellectual services.  While regarding HR as its primary service, and investment and trade as its proper multi-faceted development field, CIIC endeavors to shape advantage and influence from its talents, resources, network, scale, and experience, making it a leading enterprising organization.

    CIIC, in accordance with the features of enterprise and international capital in China’s HR frontier, has gradually become an all-around HR services company through scale operation.  CIIC has to date dispatched over 410,000 midrange and senior technical executives to more than 15,000 multinational enterprises and representative offices in China (including 152 Fortune 500 multinationals) in over 80 cities.  Notably, CIIC is vice president of the China Association of Foreign Service Industries.  CIIC has networked a nationwide service organization system in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dalian, Shenyang, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Nanjing, Xiamen, Qingdao, Tianjin, Chengdu, Wuhan and Xi’an.  This network serves to provide high-quality, all-around HR outsourcing services through high-quality platforms of centralized enterprises, specialized HR teams and a multi-line HR and IT-oriented service system.

 

中国国際技術知力合作公司（ここで中智と略称して、英語でCIICと略称する）は中央により直接管理されている国有である重点的な基幹企業で、国務院の国有資産管理委員会に直属している唯一の人的資源サービス業務に従事している全国的なグループ会社である。中智はグロバル知識の経済時代の新生産力の発展と、グロバルサービス産業構造が転移している変革性調整及び全体的な委託、海外化の新しい成り行きに適応し、その上に中国サービス産業構造の向上と新型経済成長方式の需要に応じて、知力サービス業である第四産業で核心の競争力を凝縮し、人的資源サービス業務を本業にして、投資と貿易サービスを適度な多元化発展領域とし、新興サービス領域にて人才、資源、ネットワーク、規模、経験及び巨大な優位性と影響力、高度競争力を持っていて、すでにリードをする優位性のある斬新な創業組織になっているようなものである。
