Trainer System
CIIC T&D Centre has a pool of trainers comprising of experienced full-time and contractual trainers:
■ They are industrial experts, senior managers of enterprises and professional trainer with practical experiences coming from different fields; ■ They have profound multi-national working and studying background and rich working experiences in well-known multi-national enterprises, and can enable the training to be the best efficient combination between theory and practice; ■ CIIC T&D Centre continuously and regularly carries out re-training, appraisal, evaluation and improvement on the innovative and high quality new elite team of trainers.
In addition, there are about 200 trainers engaged specially in the trainer pool of CIIC Training & Development Centre. The Certified International Professional Trainer (CIPT) Program organised by the centre and certified by International Professional Managers’ Association (IPMA) was launched since 2003, and has become a program of training professional trainers highly commented by the training industry in China. Excellent trainees are being absorbed into the trainer pool of CIIC continuously.
Both the full-time trainers and the contractual trainers will, on behalf of CIIC Training & Development Centre, provide customised training programs aiming at the needs of clients.
